OVERVIEW

USA Masters Field Hockey works in conjunction with World Masters Hockey (WMH), which was founded in 2020, and the International Hockey Federation (FIH) to help grow the sport world wide. In this short time, Masters hockey has grown from just a few teams to well over 70 from across the globe. In addition to the Masters World Cup (ages O40-O55; O60 for Women) there is the Grand Masters World Cup organized by the World Grand Masters Association (WGMA), founded 2002, and serves those 60 years of age and older. Other international events such as Golden Oldies (O35) tournaments have also been created to continue to develop Masters level play and foster positive social relations amongst the international field hockey community.
